Health Alliance

Working with Communities for Better Health

A public benefit initiative promoting health literacy, chronic disease support, and primary care innovation in Kenya.

Tujali Afya Health Alliance is a grassroots movement working to transform community health in Kenya through collaborative, sustainable, and person-centered approaches. We bring together experts, caregivers, patient groups, and communities to reimagine health promotion and support—especially for chronic diseases, cancer, and mental health.

Our Vision

A society where every individual and community can live in full health and dignity, supported by systems they trust and help shape.

Our Mission

We do this by:

  • Facilitating local innovations in health access and delivery
